New Adult — New Adult fiction bridges the gap between Young Adult and Adult genres. It typically features protagonists between the ages of 18 and 26. New Adult fiction tends to focus on issues such as leaving home, developing sexuality, and negotiating education and career choices. It's a way to distinguish itself from the Young Adult category. (This is a term that has been used more and more lately, mostly by publishers and booksellers and authors, etc. It may gain hold and be used more generally.) — I chose these series to include in this category based on ages of the protagonists and the issues of their lives that they are dealing with beyond the Fantasy elements. (I don't have an official list to work off since most NA lists focus on Romances, not Urban Fantasy)
